Colombe Rous is a doctoral researcher. She works on the ERC project Homo symbiosus with Joel Doré, Maarten van de Guchte and Stanislas Mondot. She studies the long-term impact of western diets on the symbiosis between the gut microbiota and its host, specifically investigating if the damages caused by these diets are reversible.
