Eugénie Huillet is a senior scientist in the ProbiHôte team since 2019. She develops projects related to acetate cross-feeding among human commensal bacteria, such as Faecalibacterium prausnitzii. She also contributes to the development of culture media to produce demanding commensals and collaborates with the LGBC team (UVSQ) to characterize new probiotic strains using the Drosophila model. Additionally, since 2007, she has been teaching and coordinating a course on nutrition and food safety at the University Paris Saclay
