Claire is a research engineer in the ProbiHôte team since 2006. She develops projects on intestinal microbiota and health, with a particular focus on the role of diet. She has published 70 articles with an h-index of 25 (wos). She is involved in a number of academic and industrial contracts relating to the development of new prebiotics. Since 2023, she has been co-director of the “Microbiota-Digestive and Respiratory Health” group.
