I am an engineer in optics turned biophysicist. For my postdoc in the ProCeD lab, my main goal is to develop new tools for research in microbiology and to apply them to original scientific questions. My efforts have led so far to the development of an assay based on Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy (FCS) to quantify membrane fluidity in bacteria. I also develop image analysis pipelines used in various scientific projects led by other lab members.
