After obtaining a Master’s degree in Genomics and Environment from Université Paris-Saclay in 2021, I began my PhD the same year. My research focuses on the impact of psychotropic drugs on the human microbiome, investigating how these drugs influence microbial communities and microbial resistance in the human gut. Additionally, I am exploring the effects of these changes on the gut epithelium.
My research involves comprehensive sequencing analysis of the gut microbiome, utilizing bioinformatics and biostatistics tools. I employ PCR and quantitative RT-PCR techniques, anaerobic culture methods in anaerobic chambers, and various cell culture experiments, including the use of gut-on-chip technology.
