Delphine Polvé studied physiology and specialized in cell signalisation and neurosciences at Paris-Saclay-University. Particularly interested in topics related to the diet – gut – brain axis, she joined MICALIS institute (INRAE – AgrosParisTech –Paris Saclay University), first, studying fructose malabsorption during her Master 2 internship in the Amipem team. Then in 2022, she chose to study the modulation of enteroendocrine cells by intestinal microbiota as a doctoral researcher in the Fine team.
