Present position: Research ingeneer at INRAE, DynPhages team, Micalis institute. Key words: Phage genomics, phage-bacteria interactions, and microscopy. Scientific goals: I contribute to a number of studies aimed at better assessing the diversity and the role of phages in different microbial ecosystems, particularly the intestinal microbiota. I am also interested in the use of virulent phages in phagotherapy perspectives with a particular focus on phages infecting enterococci.  This scientific research involves cultural, molecular and bioinformatics approaches.Diploma: 2014 PhD in Microbiology obtained in University of Western Brittany, Brest, France.
